  • For All Non Town of Devon Events Staff Cost Recovery Will Be Implemented Based Upon the Size of the Event
    Less than 60 people 1 staff 5 hours = $200
    61 to 120 people 2 staff 5 hours = $300
    121 to 180 people 3 staff 5 hours = $400
    Over 180 people To Be To Determine by the Town of Devon


    Please Note:

    • It is the organizers’ responsibility to supply all required equipment for their event (including signage to identify that an event is taking place & the hours).
    • The Town of Devon does not supply any resources not requested prior to the event.
    • A damage deposit of $_____will be required within 48 hours of notification of the approval of the BBQ Trailer Application/Event Request Form
    • Cancellation of the Community BBQ Trailer once booked must be submitted to the Town of Devon in writing to no less than 48 hours prior to the schedule event. Failure to provide the notification of the cancellation may result in the damage deposit being forfeited.
    • The Town of Devon does reserve the right to reject, cancel or amend approvals of BBQ use.
