Regular Council meetings are open to the public and take place at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month (or Tuesdays when the Monday is a statutory holiday). In July, August and December there is only one Regular Council Meeting that takes place on the second Monday of the month.

The Council Agenda is available before the end of the day the Friday before each meeting and is available at devon.ca/council-agenda.

If you wish to address Council as an unscheduled delegation via Zoom for a Council Meeting, please send an email to information@devon.ca with your name and the topic you would like to address Council about by 3 p.m. the Friday before each meeting.

How to participate in a Council Meeting

  • You can attend in person at the Town of Devon Office at 1 Columbia Avenue West, Devon, AB
  • The meeting will also be streamed online through Zoom at --> https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88629317610
  • A phone-in option is also available through Zoom. To participate by phone, call 1-587-328-1099 and enter Webinar ID: 886 2931 7610
