For just 15 minutes a day over one week, you can make a big difference by dedicating a total of 120 minutes to activities that support mental health. 💬 How can you participate? It’s simple! Spend time each day doing something that benefits your mental health or uplifts someone else’s day. Whether it’s a walk in nature, breathing exercises, a coffee with a friend, or joining one of our wellness programs, every little action counts! Need ideas?
