Learn how socialization and exercise is beneficial for your mental wellbeing Event Details: When: Monday, October 7 Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM Where: Devon Community Centre Start Date: Regular scheduled indoor walking will begin on Wednesday, Oct. 16 and continue from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at the Devon Community Centre. Important Info: This is a space to walk, not a structured program. Participants are responsible for their own safety. Outdoor footwear must be removed. No strollers, scooters, or pets allowed.
