Geocaching

Modern day treasure hunting

Geocaching is modern day treasure hunting using a GPS. Caches are set up all around the world, many of which are in Devon. The caches are shared on the internet complete with their GPS coordinates. Once found, a cache may contain a small treasure or reward for the visitor. If the visitor takes a treasure, it is customary to leave a new one in its place for the next person to find. This is a great activity for those that love the outdoors, family, and treasure hunters.
