1677 Community Events Flags at our Town facilities have been lowered to half-mast to honour Strathcona County RCMP Const. Harvinder Singh Dhami who was killed in the line of duty on April 10. The Town of Devon respects all RCMP members that put themselves at risk to serve and protect our communities. Our condolences go out to Const.
