The Park n’ Ride will pick up and drop off at 17 Athabasca Ave. in the parking lot by the Devon Public Library and the first shuttle will leave just before 4 p.m. the day of the event. In an effort to keep Christmas in the Park accessible to all, Devon’s Community Bus will be available to shuttle those with wheelchairs or walkers down to the event. Parking passes will also be provided upon request to advance ticket holders that have a current placard for people with disabilities by contacting Jordan or Kristin at JHiggs@devon.ca or KWalsh@devon.ca. “We are always looking for volunteers to help out with this monumental event each year,” said Kristin Walsh, Manager of Parks, Recreation & Culture for the Town of Devon. “I’d like to give a huge thank you to our Christmas in the Park Committee for all their work this past year organizing this amazing event.” Those interested in helping out with Christmas in the Park can sign up for a number of different volunteer activities at www.volunteersignup.org/DX83B. Our volunteers will receive free admission to the event for themselves and their immediate family.
