3453 Community Events After 13 years of service to the Devon community as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Mr. Tony Kulbisky has announced that he will be moving on from this position as of July 29 to pursue a new opportunity as the CAO of Westlock County. “Mr. Kulbisky brought a fierce level of commitment to our community in his role as CAO and on behalf of Council, we wish him the best as he moves on to this new opportunity with Westlock County,” said Mayor Craddock. “Council will begin the recruitment process for a new CAO right away to continue to provide the services our residents expect and sound leadership to our Town of Devon staff.” Mr. Kulbisky joined the Town Devon as CAO in March of 2009 and has been an active part of the Devon community ever since. His experience and leadership have offered stability to the Town while guiding his team to execute Council’s vision for over a decade. “I would like to thank this community for putting your faith in me as we worked hard to continue providing exceptional service to our residents, while also bringing in new infrastructure that will set Devon up for success now and in the near future,” said Tony Kulbisky. “I truly believe I put my heart and soul into the Devon community and am so proud of the collective accomplishments of our team at the Town of Devon over the past 13+ years.” Over the upcoming weeks Council will begin the recruitment process for a new CAO to be in place at the Town this fall. As the CAO is the only employee of Council, Council is committed to recruiting who they believe is the best candidate to lead Devon into the future. Share Print
