Ice Mitigation Work continues throughout Devon

Community Events

Our Public Works department is continuing their ice mitigation work around Town to prevent water pooling and promote the runoff of water into the storm water drainage system.

With the unusual warming and then freezing cycle throughout late January and February, we have seen a large amount of ice accumulation throughout Devon’s streets and have been doing our best to address the major problem areas. As the snow and ice continues to melt, we are addressing issues in alleys and on some of our roadways that need attention.

If you see any water pooling or road/pothole issues, we invite you to report them directly to Devon's Public Works department at 780-987-3342 or through the Our Devon App so they can mark it down and have it addressed as quickly as possible.

Thank you to everyone for your support of our Public Works team as they continue to navigate the challenges of this winter season.
