2154 Community Events New banners feature local residents who served in WWI & WWII We have new banners on display along Veterans Way across from the Town of Devon Office that feature local residents who served in WWI or WWII. In the spring of 2020, the Town commissioned artist Bruce Whaley to pencil portraits of 24 local veterans to recognize them for their service. These portraits were then digitized and placed on banners on the west side of Veterans Way just in time for Remembrance Day 2021. If you haven't seen them yet, make sure to take a look next time you are in the area as the pictures below simply can't show how amazing they truly are. Share Print
