3366 Community Events A new public drop-off area at the Leduc and District Regional Waste Management facility is now open for residents. The drop-off area has been moved to provide safer vehicle access, more opportunity to sort household waste, recycling and organics, and reduce wait times. It features a paved entry and exit route and will allow residents to have a cleaner, easier and faster experience. Residents are encouraged to sort their waste before arriving to help facilitate a smooth drop-off. The following items will be accepted: Residential and commercial waste General organics and yard waste Clean wood Blue bag recyclables Household hazardous waste Used oil and oil filters E-waste Scrap metal and white goods Propane tanks Tires The Leduc and District Regional Waste Management facility provides service to residents in Leduc, Beaumont, Devon, Leduc County and Calmar, and resident card is required.
