3889 Community Events Update: Mar. 5, 2021 We have added an extra day to our snow and ice removal schedule and hope to wrap up the rescheduled streets by the end of the day on Monday, Mar. 8. Public Works will continue ice mitigation work throughout Devon in the coming weeks as the snow and ice continues to melt to ensure any potential drainage or other issues are addressed as we move towards the spring. Streets scheduled for Monday, Mar 8 include: River Drive Elbow Drive Thompson Crescent Banff Court South Wapiti Drive Primrose Street Maligne Drive Beaver Crescent Bow Crescent Berland Crescent Pipestone Crescent Simonette Crescent Michigan Key North & South Ram Crescent Chungo Crescent Update: Mar. 2, 2021 We have experienced some delays due to the ice build up on some of our streets. If your street was scheduled for a specific day and does receive snow and ice removal, please watch for updates to the no parking signs as removal may have been pushed back a day. We hope to have all snow and ice removal wrapped up early next week. Original Post: Feb. 26, 2021 Residential snow removal starts Monday, Mar. 1 and will continue throughout the week until Friday, Mar. 5. See the attached maps for the scheduled removal locations for each day and please have your vehicles moved from the planned streets so we can have the snow removed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Streets will be signed over the weekend with the planned day for snow removal next week. Residents with a curb ramp device are asked to kindly remove them when snow removal is planned in your area as they can cause damage to machinery.
