This morning Mayor Ralph dropped by Discovery Place to wish Mr. Roy Hale a Happy 101st Birthday and proclaim April 7, 2021 as Roy Hale Day in Devon.

Roy served in the military during WWII in England and is an inspiration to those both currently serving and his fellow Veterans. At 101, he still enjoys his daily walk and is involved in all of the daily activities put on by the amazing staff at Discovery Place.

Please, join us in wishing Roy a Happy 101st Birthday and thanking him for his service. Happy Birthday Roy!
