2701 Community Events Construction on RR 262 from HWY 19 to Devon's Peace Cemetery begins July 7 and will continue 7 days a week from 7 a.m to 7 p.m. as the weather allows. This work consists of: Drainage Improvements; Excavation / Earthworks; Granular Base; Road Renewal / Paving; Landscaping In order to maintain access to the cemetery and Battery Creek Trail, construction will be done in 2 phases. The east side of the road will be completed first and allow local traffic to use the west side. Once the granular base is completed, the same process will be repeated for the west side of the road.
