2097 Community Events Boat launch access to remain open and a free shuttle service is available for concert goers Due to DevonFest happening on Saturday, Aug. 13, vehicle access to Voyageur park will be limited to the boat launch only from 12 p.m. on the 13th until the next morning. There will be shuttle access to the music festival from the top of the Voyageur Park hill at the River of Hope Church parking lot and from the Alldritt lot across from the Devon Public Library.
