2094 Community Events Qualico Communities to bring 21 new residential lots to South Ravines this fall The Town is excited to share that Qualico Communities has entered the next stage of development in the South Ravines which includes 21 new residential lots and a new park in the area. This is the biggest development in the South Ravines since 2015 when Phase 1 was built. Devon’s South Ravines has so much to offer including walkout, ravine-backing lots, easy access to Devon’s beautiful river valley including the massive trail network for hiking and outdoor adventures and will soon provide quick access to HWY 19. Lots will be available for purchase directly from Qualico Communities and will provide home buyers with the opportunity to construct their dream home with any new home builder of their choosing.
