1759 Community Events Survey asks residents to share their thoughts regarding program & services The Town of Devon has partnered with Leger, a Canadian market research company, to conduct a Citizen Satisfaction Survey to receive feedback from the community regarding its thoughts and experiences regarding the Town’s programs and services. The Citizen Satisfaction Survey supports Council’s priority of public engagement and will provide a valid and reliable snapshot of the thoughts and opinions of the Devon community. All surveys are completely confidential and anonymous with Leger conducting the survey, analyzing the data, and reporting the findings to Town Council through a report this summer. “This survey is a great opportunity for our residents to share their thoughts regarding the programs and services we offer at the Town, which will be valuable as we head into our Municipal Budget at the end of the year,” said Mayor Craddock. “Please, take the 10-15 minutes to fill out the survey to help us be informed and equipped to make the best decisions possible on behalf of our community.” How to complete the survey Residents will be provided with a postcard through mail that contains a unique PIN code that they can enter at www.devon.ca/CSS. Residents looking for an additional PIN code are invited to reach out to the Town of Devon Communications Department at: P: 780-987-8302 E: social@devon.ca for another code. Survey Assistance For those requiring assistance completing the survey, staff at the Town Office (1 Columbia Ave. West), and/or Devon Public Library (101-17 Athabasca Ave.) are happy to assist during open hours. The deadline to complete the survey is May 30, 2023. All completed surveys will have the option of being entered into a draw for 1 of 5 $100 gift cards to a local Devon business. Share Print
