3429 Community Events The Town of Devon and Leduc County are undertaking an update of the Town of Devon/Leduc County Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP). An IDP is a statutory land use plan prepared by municipalities that share a common border. An IDP fosters collaboration and helps to reduce the possibility of any future land use conflicts between municipalities. Learn more about IDPs. The purpose of the update is to align the IDP with regional and provincial policies, regulations, and legislation as well as incorporate new statutory plans and planning studies that have come into effect since the IDP was adopted. Where necessary, content will be reduced and clarified.
