Paying your Taxes

Tax & Utility Forms

• Change or Termination Form (Taxes or Utilities)
  Make changes to your banking information, adjust your monthly payment amount, or terminate your participation in a monthly payment program
• Preauthorized/Equalized Payment Program (Taxes & Utilities) - Authorization Form
  Complete this form to authorize the Town to automatically deduct taxes and utility charges from your bank account.
• Connect or Disconnect Your Utilities - Application Form
  If you are a new home owner or moving, complete this form to connect or disconnect utility services. These services include gas, water, sewer and weekly garbage pick up.

Once you have completed the necessary forms, please return them by fax to 780-987-4778, by email to reception@devon.ca or in person or by mail to:
