The Town of Devon will be holding a municipal election on Monday, October 20, 2025 to elect one (1) Mayor and six (6) Councillors.
The Town of Devon Municipal Election is scheduled for:

Advance Voting will be held on the following dates (locations TBD):
Individuals can vote in the Town of Devon’s municipal election if they:
Individuals who own property or a business in Devon, but are not residents are not permitted to vote.
If a candidate, a candidate’s official agent, or a scrutineer believes a voter is not eligible to vote, an objection will be noted on the voting register.
Special Ballots are available to those that are unable to vote at the Advance Vote or at the voting station on Election Day for electors whose name is contained in the permanent electors register.

In order to vote in the Devon Municipal Election, voters are required to be named on the permanent electors register and produce on piece of identification issued by the Canadian government, whether federal, provincial or local, or an agency of that government, that contains a photograph of the person.
Alternatively, the person may make a statement that they are eligible to vote as an elector in the presence of an officer at the voting station, in the prescribed form and validates the persons identity and address of persons residence.
