Apply for Utility Services

You must be the registered owner of the property to apply for utilities. 

Owners of rental properties have the option to have an "occupant copy" sent to the property, but the owner is ultimately responsible for the account.

Sign Up for Equalized Payments

Trouble paying your high winter utility bills? Sign up for equalized payments.

• Equalized utility payments are based on the averaged 12 months from the previous year and you're billed an equal amount every month. 
• Your account will be settled on June 1^st of each year and the balance will be brought to $0.
• The stability of a fixed monthly payment amount can help ease the financial strain of high-cost months.
• The equalized payment plan lets you build credit over the summer months and then use this credit in the winter when your actual utility charges may be higher than your budget amount.
• Equalized monthly amounts are withdrawn from your bank account on the first business day of each month, so there’s no need to worry about missed payments.

*MOVING? Please contact us at least 7 days in advance so all necessary arrangements can be made. Utilities Connect/Disconnect Form MUST be filled out and returned to utilities@devon.ca.

If you are on preauthorized payments for utilities and/or taxes use the CHANGE/TERMINATION FORM to cancel and send to ar@devon.ca. If moving within Devon your account number will change.
