National Indigenous Peoples Day Activity Kits

In recognition of National Indigenous Peoples Day, the Town of Devon is offering free Take & Make Activity Kits that celebrate the history of Devon's relationship with Indigenous Peoples and provide opportunities for learning, creativity and reflection.

Each kit includes a variety of family-friendly activities designed to help participants explore and celebrate Indigenous cultures, traditions and contributions.

What's Included?

• Information about the history of Devon's relationship with Indigenous Peoples
• Colouring pages
• Word searches and activity sheets
• Stickers
• Craft activities and supplies

Pick Up Your Free Kit

Take & Make Activity Kits will be available beginning Wednesday, June 18, 2026 at:

• Town of Devon Main Office (1 Columbia Avenue West)
• Devon Public Library (#101, 17 Athabasca Avenue)

Kits are available free of charge while supplies last.

Who Can Participate?

The activity kits are suitable for all ages. Children may require assistance from a parent or guardian for some activities.

We invite residents to take part in National Indigenous Peoples Day by learning, creating and celebrating together.
