The Battery Creek Area Structure Plan (ASP) was adopted August 14, 2017.
The purpose of the Battery Creek ASP is to provide a detailed framework for the future development of the Battery Creek area, and implement the policies of the relevant plans. The ASP has been prepared in association with the Town of Devon Integrated Community Sustainability Plan and the Town of Devon Municipal Development Plan, and in conformance with Section 633 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA).
