Public Skate Programs  

Get moving and spend some time with friends and family at the Dale Fisher Arena. Public Skating is offered to our residents at no charge, at the specified times during the winter season. 

Programs are subject to change without notice, please See the full Dale Fisher Arena Calendar here for current public programming. 

Public skate - All levels of skaters welcome. No hockey sticks during public skate. Ice skating helmets are mandatory for all participants 18 and under and strongly recommended for all participants during ice activity.

Adult Shinny - 18+ Full hockey equipment is required including a CSA approved hockey helmet

Public Skate  

September - March 

• Monday and Wednesday - 12-1 p.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday - 1:15-2:15 p.m.
• Thursday evenings - 6:15-7:15 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday - 2-3:00 p.m.  
• Select school PD Days will be available for public skate – Check out the calendar

Parent & Tot Skate

• Monday and Wednesday 1:15-2:15 p.m.

Adult Shinny

• Tuesday and Thursday from 12-1 p.m.
• NEW!   Wednesday evenings 10:15-11:15 p.m.

Ice Rentals 

Ice rentals may become available throughout the winter season.
